- Salary at Level 5 on Children's Services Award - $32.25 per hour, or higher if you already have some Assistant Director experience

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate
- Lead Educator and/or Room Leader experience and/or Assistant Director experience
- People leadership success with a team-building and training focus
- Examples of using your passion for early years care, development and education of children
- Systems and computer competency
- Applied understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning and Development Framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field

Ages 6 weeks to 6 years • Long day care – 98 places
