Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, you will:
- Ensure the department’s success, providing coaching and development to all team members
- Developing and implementing procedures; driving positive service delivery initiatives for Front Office and Housekeeping
- Ensure the highest levels of productivity
- Empower your team to efficiently and proactively manage a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to meet, if not exceed shared goals
- Manage and activate the loyalty experience for our valued members.
- Drive loyalty engagement and enrolments.
About you
- Rooms Division experience in a large hotel, with proven success across Front Office and Housekeeping
- A positive, solutions-based focus with strong strategic thinking and the ability to successfully forward plan
- Strong financial acumen
- A passion to development your team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A desire to grow as a successful leader within Accor
- The ability to work flexibility including some weekends
- Previous experience with Opera and Hub OS is preferred
