Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Rooms Division Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. 

We are seeking an experienced Front Office professional who is a passionate leader with attention to detail and strong conflict resolution skills to join our Front Office Team at Ayers Rock Resort. You will have at least 2 years' experience in a Front Office management position within a 4/5 star environment, proficiency in property management systems and financial skills including budget management and reporting. This role will see you Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction you are responsible for overseeing all Rooms Division operations including, but not limited, to Concierge, Reception, spa and Housekeeping to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.   

Key Duties: 

• Evaluate guest satisfaction and set department targets and objectives 
• Ensure customer service and financial management of accommodation types is always of a high standard. 
• Manage and operate the hotel accommodation to achieve predetermined budgets and forecasts 
• Ensure that consistency, quality and integrity of accommodation product and service are maintained
