Peppers Silo Hotel is an inspiring $30 million redevelopment of the Kings Wharf grain silos in Launceston, Tasmania. PurposeAs the Rooms Division Manager, your key role is to ensure the seamless operation of the Front Office, Maintenance and Housekeeping departments, all geared toward achieving exceptional guest experiences. Your collaborative partnership with the General Manager will be instrumental in driving a Heartist culture, Guest satisfaction and Peppers Silo’s vision of being the leading hotel experience in Northern Tasmania.
