About the Position
Anglicare’s Home & Community teams provide support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence - living happily and healthily within their own homes.
Based in Robina, our team require an experienced Scheduler/Rostering Officer to ensure that are frontline staff are rostered in a timely manner allowing them to continue to provide an amazing service to our Community clients. The role is offered as a 6-month contract however there is a high possibility that it will go permanent in the future!
About You
Scheduling and rostering experience, using an electronic data management system.
Knowledge of Procura will be a distinct advantage
Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment
Highly effective customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel with accurate alpha-numeric data entry
Highly developed written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management
A strong customer service focus
Analytical and problem solving skills
Initiative and ability to monitor and manage your own workload
Full Covid-19 Vaccinations
National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months or willingness to obtain)
Queensland Drivers Licence
