Rostering Administrator
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking a proactive and organised Rostering Administrator in the Aged Care sector to play a key role as the primary pathway for client bookings, and provide an effective rostering service. This is a temporary employment opportunity for approximately 1 to 2 months with an immediate start.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Build relationships with clients and staff.
- Understand the purpose and processes of the programs to accurately match client’s needs.
- Understand staff roles and skill sets to accurately match client’s needs.
- Translate referral documents to understand client needs and match to services.
- Build service runs for staff.
- Communicate with clients, coordinators and staff to roster services.
- Respond to and fulfil requests for service change.
- Fill services in response to staff and client leave.
- Select charge codes, record and update client and service information.
- Ensure effective service delivery, billing and client experience.
- Forecast and plan coverage of annual leave.
- Attend regional staff meetings.
- Assist with overflow phone calls for other teams.
- Provide feedback using solutions-based problem solving.
- Log and respond to all feedback and complaints.
- Generate reports and cross check processes to ensure accurate billing and payroll.
- Report on staff attendance and communicate feedback to coordinators.
- Assist clients and families to understand service delivery.
- Communicate service changes to clients.
- Work closely with the Home Support Services team to support change management and improvement activities of the organisation.
- Follow WHS policies, procedures, safe working instructions, specified work practices and associated documents.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards.
- Understand the primary-carer model and the impact of effective rostering practices.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to use databases and procurement systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of clients.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and follow internal policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Willingness to collaborate with staff and respond to directives from supervisors and managers.
