Rostering / Booking Coordinator - Nursing Agency

About the position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Rostering / Booking Coordinatorwho can support a dynamic and growing team. This role is for you if you are a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment delivering a rewarding, refreshing and personalised placement and recruitment experience to our hospital and non-hospital-based clients.

Your primary objectives include:

• Scheduling of client services in a timely manner and within a customer focused environment
• Complete rostering tasks within designated timeframes.
• Provide services that supports compliance within all areas of the business.
• Undertaking to problem solve client issues using your best customer service skills

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in a Rostering / Booking role.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite and willingness to learn new programs.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment and dealing with multiple work requests.

Attributes for a successful candidate:

• A strong knowledge of the healthcare recruitment and placement industry.
• Excellent proven history of customer engagement 
• RN or EN experience an additional plus 
• Capacity to prioritise daily work flow and complete set tasks in a timely manner.
• MS & Google computer programs including word & database systems.
