Shine SC are looking for highly organised, friendly, and adaptable Rostering Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team in the Coolum Beach, QLD.

About the Role
Working alongside our incredible participants, staff, and management teams, you will be required to develop, maintain, and adjust rosters for NDIS participants.
- Being the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholder queries regarding staff rosters
- Developing, maintaining, and adjusting rosters in line with organisational and participant requirements, including alterations, cancellations, staff absences and changes to services.
- Ensure rosters are scheduled efficiently and fairly in accordance to participant care needs, while simultaneously respecting staff availability, contracted hours, and other limitations as outlined by legislation and the SCHADS Award.
- Ability to achieve desirable outcomes within a short timeframe using common sense and logic and have the capacity to see the big picture when making critical decisions.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary, close-knit team, sharing knowledge, experiences to benefit the development of the organisation.
Candidate requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least 6 months experience in a high-volume administration role supporting a multitude of stakeholders, both internal and external
- High-level computer literacy skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate instructions and intent
- Ability to managing competing demands and solve problems in a methodical and efficient manner.
- Highly adaptable.
- Presentable, professional, engaging, and respectable.
- Previous experience using a CRM or rostering system (desirable)
