The Role
The RTO CRICOS Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the RTO meets their regulatory requirements with ASQA (Domestic and International) and State regulators. Reporting to the Integrity Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating the compliance calendar; overseeing State funding reporting; and ensuring policies, procedures, and associated documents are kept up to date with regulatory and funding requirements.
This is a full-time permanent position, located in Keysborough VIC. This is a full-time office-based position with 1 day of working from home after completion of successful probation.
Responsibilities
The RTO CRICOS Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the RTO meets their regulatory requirements with ASQA, CRICOS, VRQA, and State Regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor federal, state, and local regulations for vocational education programs
- Communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders and facilitate policy change communication
- Ensure adherence to ASQA RTO Standards and ESOS Standards
- Stay updated on VET sector regulations and maintain compliance with the VET Quality Framework
- Collaborate with the Integrity Manager on compliance activities and reporting
- Participate in compliance committees and maintain various registers
Education:
Preferred, but not essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field
- Diploma in Quality Auditing, Compliance Management, or a similar field
- TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar compliance role (essential)
- Experience with CRICOS Compliance
- Experience with ESOS Standards
- Experience leading regulatory audits
- Experience using VETtrak (SMS) would be highly regarded
- Experience in using Learning Management System (LMS) – Cloud Assess, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar.
- Experience in VET State Funding contracts and reporting would be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suites
