An opportunity is now available for a RTO Quality & LMS Administratorto join our domestic VET division. This full time role will be based in our Brisbane CBD campus. You will be joining a flourishing organisation with an established reputation for producing quality, industry-ready graduates.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role, will collaborate with others in Training and Operations departments to support our training team. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

Quality Assurance:

  • Assist in maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with RTO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with regular audits and reviews of training materials, assessments, and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Develop, update and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to quality assurance and compliance activities.

Training Program Evaluation:

  • Coordinate and facilitate internal reviews and evaluations of training programs to assess effectiveness, relevance, and learner satisfaction.
  • Review evaluation data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of training content and delivery methods.

Compliance Management:

  • Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards affecting the RTO sector and ensure organisational compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and accrediting agencies as required, maintaining accurate records of compliance activities.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the LMS, overseeing user accounts, course enrolments, and system configurations.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on LMS functionality, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the platform for an optimal learning experience.
  • Build and create compliant, modern, user friendly and interactive learning and assessment tools. 

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have experience in learning and assessment product development 
  • Have experience in using aXcelerate Student Management System and Learning Management System
  • Have experience using Canvas Learning Management System
  • Be a strategic thinker that can develop and implement QA strategies and frameworks
  • Be a champion communicator that can drive cultural change and bring teams together to excel
