Lifeline Australia is a national suicide prevention charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. They are committed to empowering Australians to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion and hope. This is achieved through a partnership of over 10,000 committed volunteers and their member centres in communities across the nation.

ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTO Administrator to assist and support the L&D team in the RTO re-registration project. The position’s primary responsibility will be dedicated to gathering information and collating evidence for the partner members as part of the re-registration project. In addition to handling information gathering, evidence collation, member queries, and related administrative tasks. Working across teams, it is imperative to have excellent communication, organisation, time management and stakeholder management experience.

The role is based in the Sydney CBD (2 days a week) and there will be ongoing flexibility to work from home and in the office. The salary on offer is competitive and includes tax-free salary packaging options.

Please note that this will be offered as a 6 month fixed term contract only.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous VET/RTO administration experience within a domestic RTO
  • Knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
  • Strong time-management, organisational and communication skills including the ability to be flexible in priorities, multi-tasks, and work pressure in a high-volume work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills is a MUST!
