Position Overview:
As the Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and administering training initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess training needs, develop training plans, and ensure the successful execution of training programs.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training plans that align with organisational goals.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup, to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to support training initiatives.
- Track training participation and maintain accurate records of employee training progress and completion.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback surveys and performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience 3 years in a training coordination or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
