HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for an experienced Case Manager/Senior Case Manager or Claims Advisor/Claims Manager in Workers Compensation to join a leading international insurer.
Duties will include:

• Establishing and fostering relationships with employer contacts
• Collaborating and working strategically with the claims teams
• Conducting community engagement programs and education with treatment providers
• Using a person-centered approach & demonstrating professionalism, provide an understanding to the workers situation and their needs

To be successful you will:

• Proven working experience in case management and an Allied Health Degree desired
• You have sensitivity and high level interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Effective communication skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills
• Hold a valid Drivers Licence and be comfortable working autonomously
• Able to work across Newcastle, Hunter, North Coast
