Role Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in laying Rubber Softfall.
- Passion for the craft with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- KPI-driven mindset and a strategic thinker.

- Valid driver's license.
- All legal rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the installation team on Rubber Softfall projects.
- Effectively problem-solve obstacles that arise during on-site installations.
- Manage the team roster to ensure efficient project completion.
- Conduct on-the-job training for staff members as needed.
- Provide regular reports to the project management team on project status and progress.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
