The generous remuneration package for resident RMP includes:
Rural Medical Practitioner (RMP)
- RL3.3–3.5 $207,165 – 225,697 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
- PD Allowance $21,603 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
- Attraction Allowance $43,206 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
- Retention Allowance $43,206 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
Senior Rural Medical Practitioner (SRMP)
- RL4.1–4.4 $234,964 – 262,168 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
- PD Allowance $21,603 - - 28,806 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
- Attraction Allowance $43,206 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
- Retention Allowance $43,206 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
- SRMP Allowance $28,806 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis.
Plus - Professional Development leave 10 days; 6 weeks recreation leave and annual leave bonus. Salary sacrifice $9,010,
Above based on fulltime and residing in community.
