We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
Tasks & Job Responsibilities are, but no limited to: -
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, progress reports, and status to team members and stakeholders.
- Assists in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completions.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues for escalation.
- Assists in resource allocation.
- Assisting the sales team in the preparation and enhancement of proposal and tender documentation, presentation requirements and any other necessary documentation / presentations.
- Managing relationships with external suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, specification sheets and proposals.
- Assisting in general customer support activities as required.
- Clear communication and understanding customer’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Anticipate customers needs, exceed expectations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather customer feedback on project outcomes, solutions, and experience to inform continuous improvement and future projects.
Qualifications & experience - About YOU
The successful candidate will have:
- Lighting & Interior Design or Electrical Engineering expertise (preferred, but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs.
- A proactive and driven approach.
- Confidence to work in an autonomous and pivotal role.
- The ability and motivation to build effective professional relationships at all levels (both internally and externally).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
