Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments against the backdrop of Victoria's natural wonders, utilizing vital signs and data to craft personalized care plans.
• Deliver a spectrum of treatments and procedures, from medication administration to nutrition management, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents against the breathtaking Victorian scenery.
• Manage wound care with precision and extend support to residents dealing with diabetes and chronic diseases, championing optimal health outcomes amidst the serenity of regional Victoria.
• Be the advocate for residents' rights and autonomy, providing dignified care while offering emotional support in a setting that acknowledges the potential isolation and challenges faced in remote areas.
Job Requirements:
• 6 months of clinical experience as an RN in Australia
• AHPRA Registration
• Valid Australian working rights
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Interpersonal and written communication, ensuring seamless integration into the local community.
