We act for humanity.About the roleThe Support Officer - Aboriginal Families Thrive Program is responsible for working with the Aboriginal Families Thrive team and Aboriginal men and community members who access support, information and services available at the Tiraapendi Wodli (TW) Hub. TW walks side-by-side with Aboriginal men, women and families in the Port Adelaide and western metropolitan area and aims to strengthen the health, safety and lives of Aboriginal people, including men and women returning to community from prison.About youWell-developed skills in strengths-based approaches to working with Aboriginal communities including people returning to community from prison.
Well-developed understanding of issues that impact on the health, wellbeing and safety of Aboriginal people
Demonstrated experience building productive relationships with diverse community, non-government and government stakeholders and networks
