We are seeking a skilled and energetic Safety & Quality Coordinator who possess a passion for person centred care.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Tertiary health qualification and significant clinical experience preferably in critical care
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in working with various levels of staff across the organisation
4.High level investigation, negotiation and conciliation skills and experience: with a strong patient advocacy and problem solving/ conflict resolution skills
5.Ability to organise high volume workload with competing priorities, within agreed timeframes, to write correspondence and reports which are accurate and logical
6.Well-developed project, organisational and administrative skills ensuring tasks are completed accurately ad efficiently with close attention to detail
7.Maintain a professional attitude and presentation, personal and professional integrity, which reinforces a culture of service excellence
