A bit about the role...
The Group Quality and Compliance Coordinator will support the Group’s culture of continuous improvement by providing independent Quality and contractual compliance support to the organisation’s entities, programs and services. They will participate proactively as a team member, or autonomously to assist in the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of the quality management system, internal audit program and contractual compliance framework. Additionally, undertake regular and targeted monitoring activities per internal audit schedule ensuring any relevant quality standards and key compliance elements of the contracts are included.
This position is permanent full time based from our Southport Head Office.

A bit about you…
- Demonstrated ability to support managers and staff to monitor, evaluate and improve services through an effective organisational governance approach and provision of tools, methods and resources
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, administrative procedures and contractual and statutory requirements
- Understanding of performance measurement, benchmarking, and service standards
- Knowledge and experience in contract and risk management frameworks
- Understanding of quality standards, in particular ISO9001 and QAF principles
- Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card
