SalarySeeking experienced and passionate quality professional with a commitment to Food Safety to join this night shift operation.Key responsibilities:· Carry out GMP and internal audits· Identify Food Safety risks and issues, action and escalate· CAPA responsibility for complaints and non-conforming products· Ensure product compliance with customer specifications and regulatory bodies· Quality and equipment checks· Implement process improvement initiatives· Ensure all staff are adhering to quality and Food Safety standards and policies· Train staff and ensure all knowledge gaps are addressed· Finished product sampling· Ensure policies and procedures are maintained and kept updatedKey Criteria:· Appropriate food science degree· Excellent understanding of HACCP and GMP· Excellent communication, documentation and administration skills· Knowledge and experience of internal auditing· Able to commit to a rotating night shift· Excellent analytical and technical skills· Proactive, committed to Food Safety and compliance in the workplace· Some project management skills highly regarded Great culture!
