Safety Trainer Assessor

Skylar, a leading provider of safety training and assessment solutions in the Wind industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer Assessor to join our dynamic team. 

As a Trainer Assessor your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality Nationally recognised training and assessment services in accordance with Standards for RTO as well as GWO standards. 

You will be tasked with facilitating training sessions, conducting assessments, and ensuring that all participants meet the required competency levels for working in the wind energy as well as associated industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting training sessions and assessments for nationally recognised courses in various safety disciplines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Delivering the Global Wind Organisation (GWO) training modules to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for working safely in the wind energy sector.
• Developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, to facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Tailoring training programs to meet the specific needs of different clients and industries, while adhering to Skylar's high-quality standards.
• Providing comprehensive feedback and assessments to participants, highlighting areas for improvement and promoting continuous learning.
• Collaborating with the Training Manager and other team members to enhance existing training programs and develop new courses to meet market demands.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.
