As Yuki Threads’ Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for helping to develop our sales strategy and implementing that strategy to grow sales with our existing and future B2B partners. Having great communication skills, an eye for opportunity and an internal drive to achieve you’ll be excited to realise the potential you see in this opportunity. Setting and hitting targets is a passion of yours and you love a good challenge. You’ve had experience with these responsibilities and are ready for the next chapter in your career.

· Reviewed our strategy to strengthen and nurture all B2B account relationships.
· Analysed sell-through to identify potential areas of growth and new opportunities.
· Met with stores to understand their current needs and assess future opportunities.
· Created an in-store sales incentive for staff.
· Delivered a Product Knowledge night.
· Prospected new stores in line with our strategic sales development plan.
· Report on sales targets and KPIs
· Met with a prospect for our ‘By Yuki’ program to understand their needs to start a production
This could be for you if you…
· Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
· Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
· Are self-motivated to achieve and have a growth mindset
· Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
· The ability to work independently and hit milestones on time
· Posses business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
· Think a flexible, dog-friendly, coastal environment sounds like a nice place for you to spend your working days

Compensation
Our package is built around your experience with added KPI bonuses and an uncapped company profit share model.
Working Flexibility
This is a full time role based out of our office in Torquay. Flexible hours and elements of remote working are implemented to make sure you can achieve the work life balance that works for you. Yoga breaks, coffee catch ups & morning waves might make up part of a normal week for you.
