What you'll be doing:
- Processing of all quotes and sales orders
- Communicate with other departments to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Ad hoc administrative assistance
- Inbound calls from customers & staff
- Face to face customer service
Skills for this role:
- Someone who can be a proactive in asking questions to learn and understand the business
- Ability to read stock item codes correctly
- An intuitive thinker who can problem solve in a fast paced, reactive environment
- Not afraid to pick up the phone to get a quick answer on information needed to complete a task
- Experience with MS Office suite and CRMs
- Ability to work under pressure/multitask
