Our client is an Australian, family-owned business that have been in operation for 18 years. They produce and market beauty brands with a focus on healthy cosmetics, using the highest quality ingredients across premium and value brands.
Whilst experiencing rapid growth in the past few years, they are very proud to deliver excellent service to all its customers through a dedicated service and sales team. In Australia and based at their Mulgrave head office they are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join the team.
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for National Sales Manager, Regional Managers, Terrirtory Managers and Customers managing their needs in relation to products and orders. Most importantly, ensure that all customers and stakeholders have an overall positive experience.
Your responsibilities will incorporate:
Liaise with national sales team, operations and marketing
Proactively managing queries and resolving any issues to assist with business development
Managing information hub for sales team, customers and distributors
Preparing and assisting with sales conferences and customer meetings
Researching markets and providing feedback on products, competitors and sales leads to the sales team
Who we look for:
A Customer sales support mindset including active listening, empathy, problem-solving and effective follow-up and follow-through
Exceptional communication both written and verbal
Fast and accurate data entry and invoicing of sales orders, adhering to tight deadlines
Ability to multitask, be highly organised and efficient with great attention to detail
Computer literacy including Powerpoint, Adobe Suite and Excel
Drive, Enthusiasm and a Proactive, Positive mindset
Team player who also enjoys working autonomously
Confidence in navigating multiple systems while talking to a customer.
Successful candidates must be able to interview and commence early June. The role is a temp position for approx. 2 months, with a possibility to extend. Hours of work will be Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm.
