The Role: The Sales Administrator role connects customer orders with our back-end processes as a manufacturer and global exporter. It's an end-to-end role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: You’ll need to handle queries and correspondence with a friendly and professional approach, escalating technical questions, and learning how to respond.
• Sales Admin: You’ll process orders from around the world, generating invoices in our system, managing payment, and generally ensuring that our products that are critical to our customers reach them in a technically correct configuration, and in a timely manner. 
• Stockroom Support: You'll be responsible for picking and packing the products for sale from our stockroom. Some light warehouse tasks; order handling, dealing with FedEx, and being part of the stock take process.
• Creative Contributions: We'd like to have some assistance with marketing activities, from content creation to updating our customer information database.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English, friendly phone manner.
• A demonstrated strong attention to detail.
• Good computer / data entry skills.
• Willingness to commit to a long-term career in technical sales.
• An interest in, or enthusiasm around technology.
• Eager to learn and grow within the company.

Ideal Candidate: 

You don't need to have all the experience in the world – what we value most is a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow with us. Whether you’re experienced in administration, warehousing, Fibre Optics, or just starting out, we provide the training you need to excel. That said, if you have some demonstrated capabilities in these areas, they will strengthen your application:

• Any experience in Fibre Optics, data cabling, electronics or engineering.
• Any skills or experience in import/export or foreign trade.
• Any relevant technical or business qualifications.
