Telephone Sales Agent
Our client is a market leader with unrivalled brand presence, and has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated phone Sales Agent to join the team. The opportunity to leverage the brand and market presence could result in significant commission earnings for the right person, leveraging warm provided leads and inbound sales enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities include
Experience conducting outbound and inbound calls according to KPIs and targets
Follow proven sales processes and ensure quality and consistent standards
Upselling existing customers to new services
Ensure customer records are updated and accurate
To be successful you will need
Proven experience in outbound sales and telemarketing
Experience in subscription based selling an advantage
A results focus approach with sales energy
Ability to build rapport and establish customer relationships
Previous CRM experience and Microsoft package understanding
Ability to work as a team but possess self determination and energy
