Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team and manage sales across 8 retirement villages comprising 237 units. This role involves facilitating the vacation process for outgoing residents and the incoming process for new residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales of units across 8 retirement villages.
- Process vacation and incoming procedures for residents.
- Collaborate with another staff member at the office located in Everard Park.
- Work closely with village staff to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate or retirement living.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of retirement village operations is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working in Real Estate is advantageous but not essential.
