What you'll contribute to
As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the regional sales team through data analysis, reporting and administrative tasks.
How you'll make an impact
Reporting
- Distribute weekly and monthly Finance & Insurance reports
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting items that are requested or required
- Maintain and distribute region specific reporting
- Manage A3 process to record changes to new and existing dealer codes
- Updating and maintaining Dealer Management System (DMS) and Onyx
- Process invoice requests in Coupa
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks to be completed at the request of the regional management team
- Coordinate end of year functions in conjunction with the Regional Manager
- Coordinate regional conferences, roadshows, regional offsite planning meetings, dealer events and incentives
- Coordinate internal team events such as lunches in collaboration with TMCA
- Liaise with external suppliers and events management agencies
- Deliver in-depth analysis on regional performance and trends as directed by the regional management team
- Provide analytical support for monthly Dealer Principal meetings, sales meetings and other ad-hoc requirements as directed by the regional management team
- Support the RF&I Reporting and Analytics team in the transition of excel-based BAU reports into Power BI
- Build and maintain strong relationships and assist national Analysts, as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with the wider reporting team i.e., Regional Sales Analysts, RF&I Analysts and broader Product and Pricing team
- Liaise with TMCA counterpart to obtain data and reports to assist with regional reporting requirements
- Provide TFA data to TMCA counterpart, including Access Performance and Retention Data
- Provide monthly TFA performance summary to TMCA
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess a high level of analytical, problem-solving and organisation skills
- Proficiency using reporting systems such as Power BI
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a broader team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High level of administrative skills and strong attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline (desirable)
