Sales Analyst

The Opportunity:
This position will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager providing professional and confidential support and an efficient level of administration. The role will be required to work independently with the ability to self-prioritise and be flexible in the approach to the working day.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Business Forecasting Tool Data Ownership and Report Preparation
• Monthly global sales slides/report preparation
• Assist Sales Team with Coordination
• Market Analysis/Research
• Contact and Tender Mapping for BDM’s – Keeping them in the field
• BD Meeting facilitation and Minute taking
• Marketing & Internal Comm’s, LinkedIn etc.

Key Attributes: 

• Stong background in admin with high attention to detail.
• Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft suite of programs (Visio, Adobe Acrobat, Marketing software packages - advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage competing demands and deadlines.
• Be resilient, confident and competent.
• Team Player
