We are in search of a dynamic Sales and Installation Manager to spearhead our efforts in securing and managing projects across both commercial and residential sectors. This role is crucial for forging strong relationships with builders and contractors, overseeing project execution from start to finish, and leading a team of skilled installers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in carpentry or roofing, complemented by a track record of successful Sales and project management within the construction or home improvement industry.
Responsibilities and duties
- Assist in setting strategic plan, objectives, and generating budgets
- Interview, hire, and train staff as required
- Set, monitor, communicate, and review performance to installation staff
- Ensure compliance with all company and customer requirements in relation to OH&S
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction within existing procedures without compromising on quality of service.
- Establish and maintain strong relations with customer base
- Troubleshoot and solve daily issues that relate to product and Installation
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with builders, contractors, and clients to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Drive the sales process from initial engagement to deal closure, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure installations are completed within set parameters.
- Lead, motivate, and oversee the installation team, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
- Liaise with the office manager to ensure all requirement of the business are met.
- Perform site evaluations to provide accurate quotations and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Respond to customer inquiries, offering expert advice and solutions for their daylighting requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to inform strategic planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
