Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Sales and Marketing Admin Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative support to our customer service and Marketing departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.

Flexible Working Hours: We offer flexible working hours that are tailored to accommodate personal commitments and individual preferences, making it ideal for those seeking to work around school hours. (approx. 27 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, providing timely assistance.
  • Assist in creating client estimates and updating CRM records.
  • Track customer survey results and manage data entry for sales enquiries.
  • Support CRM customer mailout campaigns and follow up on quotes from suppliers.
  • Prepare information packages for our vehicles to support sales efforts.
  • Coordinate events, compile event planners, and assist in marketing project management.
  • Assist in maintaining marketing materials, including website and social media content.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as meeting agendas, record keeping, and office management.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain high presentation standards and attention to detail.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Professionally handle customer enquiries and emails.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets and objectives.
  • Efficiently manage diaries in line with company expectations.
  • Ensure timely completion of marketing projects and adherence to timelines.
  • Follow up promptly on client Sales and accessories information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to support the team and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms is desirable.
