Due to strong continued growth and an internal promotion, we require a dynamic, professional and organised person who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk while also supporting our sales and accounting teams. This role requires excellent a friendly approach, high energy, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities at Adelaide RV- Manage the front counter and reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering all incoming phone calls, and managing generic email accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and assisting clients with high professionalism.
- Assist the accounts team with payable/receivable entries.
- Manage and communicate with clients on delivery dates.
- Process invoicing and payments for new caravans.
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, client meetings, and dealership visits.
- Support the sales team by managing sales documentation, preparing sales contracts, processing client orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative support functions including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage and order office supplies as necessary.
- Experience in a similar role is essential (industry experience an advantage)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly demeaner with ability to connect with both customers and team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
