You will play a key role within our corporate structure to support and develop the direction of our marketing strategies.
You will work closely with the Senior Management team across functions on strategic thought/initiatives, sales forecasts, campaign development, market intelligence, and strategic planning as it pertains to the overall business.
Responsibilities
• Support and develop customer service procedures and define the direction of marketing campaigns.
• Managing the Sales forecast and client budget allocations.
• Overseeing pledge and sales administration.
• Develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns on behalf of charity clients for products assisting donor acquisition.
• Design product training aids and assessment tools and develop and coordinate training sessions for the direct marketing team to improve enterprise skills, campaign knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Introduce social media integration to foster market and campaign awareness.
• Work alongside Campaign and Sales Promotion Managers in liaising with clients to evaluate the competitive positioning of existing campaign strategies.
• Design and implement Sales and Marketing strategies to maintain operating performance.
• Support the Senior Management team in the negotiation process with all potential clients.
• Support business growth and development of strategic plans, and new business acquisitions.
• Coordinate and manage marketing projects to test drive and evaluate marketplace success of our campaigns.
• Monitor marketing trends, prepare marketing forecasts and review and develop customer service standards to improve marketing services.
• Client relationship management – update clients relative to marketing strategies and target markets for direct campaigns.
Qualifications/ Essential Skills
• A level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification or, at least five years of relevant experience in lieu of qualifications

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Super
