Their beauty and skincare range can be found in retail powerhouses as well as being readily available on their direct-to-consumer website. This phenomenal beauty brand is looking for its next creative Content & Social Media Manager.

What you'll be doing:
- You will be creating fun athletic content and user-generated content
- Plan, film and edit content for multiple Social Media channels
- Content scheduling and management across multiple Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with the founder directly and an internal team Graphic designer, you will report to a Marketing Manager.
- Working and managing with UGC creators and influencers
- Identify insights and Social Media trends of campaigns through data analytics.
- Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
- Monitor and analyse competitor Social Media communities and social channels.
- Think outside the box to create a content that can go viral
- Be at the forefront of Social Media trends – taking an innovative approach to creating new and engaging content.
About you:
- A minimum of 2-5 years in related Social Media and production marketing roles
- You enjoy being a star of the video and connecting with the audience
- Proven track record of creating viral content across Social Media platforms
- Ability to tailor content strategies for different Social Media channels effectively.
- Strong understanding of all major Social Media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest etc)
- A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content.
- Strong data analysis skills to analyse key metrics of campaign success using GA
- You have a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Bonus if you:
- Have experience working for an ecommerce business, preferably within the beauty industry
- Own additional equipment (although the latest Iphone will be sufficient for this role)
- Have a background in videography.
