Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification/certificates in Marketing ,Business Administration, or related fields
Proven experience in sales and marketing management within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of international real estate markets and demonstrated success in dealing with overseas buyers.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive results and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
