Our client is seeking a Sales Assistant who has a love for sales and wants to learn and make a difference in their career. Located in the Northern Suburbs where professionalism meets a family-like atmosphere! Do you have the drive and want to succeed in Real Estate Sales? You have the tools here to do so.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assisting the director with out of office appointments.
- Get yourself out and about the office networking and meeting with vendors and buyers.
- Prospecting new leads and listing opportunities.
- Prepare and learn how to have a successful Vendor meeting.
- Manage the database and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct open for inspections and be prepared to participate in Auctions.
- Attend training sessions amongst the team and attend sales meeting to share your success with the office.
- Prepare advertising materials.
To be shortlisted for this opportunity you must have:
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
- Professional Presentation and Vibrant Personality
- General Computer Knowledge
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
- Positive & Friendly Phone Manner
- Must Have a Driver's License & Car
