We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant who can complement a friendly and diverse team in our Award-winning Wedding Venue.
The role involves both Sales & Administration tasks including:
- Greeting new clients & conducting memorable venue tours
- Sales administration
- General office administration
- Ability to meet sales targets

- Maintain a successful sales conversion rate
- A strong passion for weddings & events
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
ABOUT YOU
Passionate about guest service and delivery and willing to go above and beyond.
Minimum 3 years proven experience coordinating wedding & events with direct client contact.
Experienced in food & beverage and event/wedding delivery.
A positive, creative, and proactive person with a can-do attitude.
Proven ability to work within a team environment where attention to detail is essential.
Computer literate, preferably with experience in hotel operation systems
Good knowledge of food and wine knowledge
Trippleseat Knowledge (preferred but not essential.)
Social Media content and advertising campaign experience.
Work a flexible roster Sunday to Thursday, occasional Saturdays and Public
Holidays.
Maintain a current RSA certification.
