IT Support Level 1/ Level 2
We are looking for a Level 1/2
IT Support consultant with experience providing Level 2 support for an Australian based Company located in Sydney. This position requires someone that not only has the technical skills and experience but a real client focused attitude.This will be a great opportunity for someone wanting to work for a genuinely cohesive team that prides itself on providing excellent service to their customers.This position will also provide opportunities for career growth and training.In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support to a variety of customers across the Central Coast and Sydney region
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with customers both on site, over the phone and via email
- Assist other team members.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Excellent phone and email based communication skills.
- Strong Desktop Support experieince
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and networking
- Great customer service skills
- experience working with and managing help desk tickets.
