As a Sales Associate at Harcourts Pilgrim, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's success by assisting with various tasks related to lead generation, buyer communication, sales support, and client engagement. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a database of high-quality leads
- Nurturing leads from initial outreach to continual follow-ups
- Collection of data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping
- Attending appointments and inspections at properties
- Booking and scheduling appraisals
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results orientated
- Professional phone manner and customer service
- High level of personal presentation
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Must have real estate licence or willing to complete the course
