We are seeking 2 Retail Sales Assistants to join our Team at Queensland Cruisers and Patrols.

TASKS
- Answer questions regarding the parts
- Demonstrate use or operation of parts
- Greet customers and ascertain what the customer wants or needs
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, policies regarding payment and exchanges
- Place special orders or calls to other stores to find the desired parts
- Print invoices for every transaction
- Answer the phone in a timely manner
- Ensure your freight is done in a timely manner
Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge of 4WD parts and accessories an advantage. Training will be provided on site.
- Knowledge of MYOB/Retail Manager and great computor skills is required.
- Attend all meetings as required.
- 2 years+ experience in the retail business is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- Ability to work directly with the public and to develope constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues.
