Position: Sales Assistant
The primary task for this year entails the renewal of both the website and the business operation system. This involves updating and revitalizing the website to ensure it remains current and effective in meeting the organization's goals. Simultaneously, the business operation system will be revamped to enhance its efficiency and alignment with evolving business requirements. These initiatives are crucial in sustaining a competitive edge and optimizing overall organizational performance.
The everyday tasks for this position encompass actively discovering and connecting with potential customers to generate orders. This involves conducting comprehensive research to identify new leads and making proactive phone calls and sending emails to initiate contact. Additionally, a critical aspect of the role is diligently following up with existing orders, ensuring effective communication through both phone and email channels. This multifaceted approach is instrumental in cultivating new business relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty of current clients.
Qualification:
- Best if fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Proficient in using MYOB software
- Knowledge of import/export will be advantageous
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the Sales in Australian region and manage key accounts including new and existing customer
- Work with the quotations and critically consider the requirements. Sales Manager to tender clients' requirement to optimize service quality, business growth and customer satisfaction
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/ prospect contact
- Be a key member in the preparation of quotation and general administrative work
Skills/Qualification/Experience
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Comprehensive market research skills
