Exercise your excellent customer service skills through being the first point of contact for Outback Batteries customers across retail channels. You are responsible for the face-to-face sales of, and for simple installations of our battery products.  On the job training can be provided for installation of battery products if required.

• SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
  Provide excellent, thorough customer service with a willing attitude to provide tailored solutions to all customers.
• PRODUCT INSTALLATION
  Ensure customer satisfaction through simple installation of battery products.
• STORE & WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
  Ensure the smooth operation of both the Store & Warehouse
• WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY
  Ensure that the work environment of your store and all work is completed in accordance to workplace health and safety requirements.

CRITERIA

• Must hold a current driver’s licence
• A current forklift licence (desirable), or the ability to obtain one
• Technical knowledge and experience with 12V systems would be a great advantage but is not essential
• Must be an Australian resident
• Must be available to work on Saturday’s

SALARY

• Above award, negotiable according to qualifications

Casual position with the ability to move to Full Time.
