Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with the daily operation of the Retail Showroom and Trade Centre, assisting our customers with their selection of Tiles
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of quotes and sales orders
- Inventory management
- Execute in-store marketing campaigns
- Assist with the management of online orders
- Work with the team to ensure KPI targets are met
You
To be successful in the role you will have the following knowledge, skills, and attributes:
- Prior experience in a Retail Showroom
- Strong work ethic - punctual and reliable
- Eye for detail
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in selling flooring or other relatable building products, and are comfortable dealing with Builders, Tradespeople, Architects and consumers.
Other attributes include:
- Lateral and tactical thinker
- Ability to work weekends
- Physically fit, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- 3-5 years experience in a retail setting
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast paced environment
