Job Description: Full-time Sales Assistant

Salary: Up to $58,000 - $65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Generous Commission Structure

Commission Structure: Achievable sales targets, $1-3K bonus per month.

Exciting news! Beds R Us is opening a New Store at Kotara Home Co., and we are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Assist in meeting and exceeding the store's sales targets.

Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and ticketing.

Uphold high standards of administrative duties.

Protect and promote the Weber brand, known globally for its quality, service, and value.

Role Requirements:

•              Sales Excellence: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

•              POS Software Proficiency: Confidently operate our POS software to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

•              Product Knowledge: Utilize your previous sales experience to promote our range of products. While extensive mattress knowledge is ideal, it is not essential as training will be provided.

•              Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom tidy, well-organized, and appropriately ticketed to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.

•              Customer Service: Exhibit a pleasant and bubbly personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

•              Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance to represent our brand positively.

•              Ability: Inspire and engage customers
