Why is this an exciting role?
No two days will be the same as your greet and provide first class assistance to our members, ensuring they are served promptly, welcoming them to the branch and identifying their needs.
You will contribute to the overall result of the branch, by meeting all members’ personal and home loan needs and providing all appropriate retail banking products and services. You will also assist the branch with processing workflows of Police Bank products, personal and home loan applications and fulfilling transactions.
You will ensure all members enquiries (face-to-face, telephone or email) relating to accounts are answered professionally and accurately and undertake administrative work using our Police Bank systems.
What will make you successful in this role?
You are a team player, passionate about helping customers and willing to pull your sleeves up to get the work done.
You enjoy learning and you bring an innate curiosity that drives effective outcomes and creates meaningful collaboration to achieve the team’s targets and deliver superior results for the bank.
Banking experience or previous experience in a face-to-face customer focused role is highly desirable, however, we believe someone with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn more can develop these skills.
This exciting role offers significant learning and development opportunities and will be working for a manager genuinely committed to professional development and succession planning within the branch.
