We have recently expanded to Brisbane and a position has opened up to join our sales and development team. We cater to both commercial and residential clients and are seeking a dynamic sales executive to help grow our Brisbane market.
Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Brisbane market through superior customer service and fostering long term relationships with designers, architects, builders, stone masons, and the general public. Your role will include assisting customers in our Rocklea showroom as well as being out on the road promoting our products and increasing awareness around the Finestone Brand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a range of different clients, showcase our exquisite product range, and contribute to the success of our Brisbane operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service customers in the Brisbane showroom, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist customers in exploring our stone, putting together their projects, providing detailed information on features, benefits, and applications.
- ·Develop a customer database
- Take photographic and video content for social media and marketing channels
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable assistance and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and preferences, recommending suitable products based on individual requirements.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and showroom operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- This role would suit someone with a keen interest and/or qualifications in interior design as many of our clients are designers, architects and builders.
- Knowledge of marble, granite, or natural stone products is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn and develop product knowledge is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and convey product information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with a genuine passion for assisting clients and exceeding their expectations.
