Sales Assistant / Junior Sales Agent to high performing team based in the Hills

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and driven individual to join our friendly sales team alongside top agents of the business. Real estate experience is not required but sales experience is a must.

Based in Beecroft working in the West Pennant Hills prestige market, this full-time role will encompass a diverse range of tasks including, but not limited to;

• Prospecting (cold and warm) and prospecting administration (including letterbox dropping & door knocking)
• Conducting open homes and private inspections (including Saturday’s)
• Buyer and database management
• Coordinating client bookings and meetings
• Liaising with the administration team
• Attending building and pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement inspections

Must have:

• A Certificate or Registration or Real Estate License
• Current NSW Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
• Excellent phone manner, great at building instant rapport and relationships
• Immaculate presentation and professionalism
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to multi task and juggle competing priorities
• Enthusiasm for Real Estate and thrive in a fast paced environment
• A strong work ethic and be flexible with working hours (not a typical 9-5 role)
• High attention to detail and provide quality level of work
• Confidence and strong communication skills
• Intermediate or above experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Agentbox is highly regarded but not essential
• Demonstrated initiative and be a supportive team player
• Great phone manner
• A strong willingness to learn and proactive nature
