Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Engage in prospecting activities such as email and direct marketing.
- Secure property listings for sale.
- Identify and connect with potential buyers.
- Attend appraisals and assist in preparing for pre-listing, under guidance.
- Assist with market appraisals.
- Coordinate and manage property inspections and prepare vendor reports/updates.
- Assist with the end-to-end management of active listings and sold properties, including vendor and buyer liaison.
- Build and manage a database.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must hold a current Victorian Driver's License and possess a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to provide a current Police Check (or possess one less than 6 months old).
- Preferred but not essential: Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate.
