As the agent's right-hand person, you'll provide crucial administrative support to our team. Day to day, you will be responsible for applying your administration and organization skills to provide complete support to the lead agent and their team. This includes liaising with clients, suppliers, and the broader DiJones team, preparing listing presentations and proposals, managing our CRM and diary systems, assisting with the exchange and settlement process, maintaining and updating our systems and database, as well as assisting with open homes.
About you:
- Previous real estate administration experience preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays for open inspections, with a day off during the week.
- Motivated and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
- Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent's License.
- Familiarity with Agent Box software preferred, but training provided.
- Outstanding communication skills and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proactive approach to following up and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Comfortable embracing technology and eager to learn new tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle challenges with ease.
